Refund policy

Because Cortex Next provides digital products, educational content, consulting services, and community-based access services, all purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted, content has been delivered, or services have been scheduled or provided.

We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products, consulting services, memberships, subscriptions, educational content, community access, live sessions, coaching or consultation sessions, downloadable materials, streamed content, or any other intangible goods or services delivered electronically.

If you experience a billing issue, duplicate charge, or technical problem preventing access to the service, please contact us at support@cortexnext.com and we will review your case.

Subscription Cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation will stop future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

Consultation & Professional Services

Consultation, advisory, coaching, strategy, and other professional service appointments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund, except where required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Digital products
• Community memberships
• Subscription fees already billed
• Educational materials and courses
• Consulting, advisory, coaching, and consultation services
• Live session access
• Downloadable or streamed content
• Sale, discounted, or promotional purchases
• Gift cards, if applicable

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

European Union Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights regarding digital services. However, by purchasing and accessing Cortex Next immediately after checkout, scheduling a consultation, or receiving digital content or services, you acknowledge and agree that performance begins immediately and that, where permitted by law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once digital access, content delivery, or service performance has started.
