Welcome to CORTEX NEXT. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CORTEX NEXT. CORTEX NEXT operates this website, online store, memberships, educational programs, consulting and advisory services, coaching sessions, community features, live events, digital tools, downloadable resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting, using, purchasing from, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. If you create an account, subscribe, or access member content, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared, sold, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to another person.

CORTEX NEXT provides educational content, digital products, consulting and advisory services, coaching sessions, community-based experiences, live sessions, support services, and tool-assisted visual market study within supported platforms, including TradingView where applicable. The Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

We do not guarantee results, outcomes, profitability, or performance. Any examples, charts, observations, screenshots, commentary, or testimonials are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

3. Products, Memberships, and Access

Our Services may include:

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, subscribe, or purchase access, you are making an offer to purchase our Services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your access or subscription.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once a digital membership or access has been granted, cancellation of the original order may not be possible except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Billing, Subscription Terms, and Renewals

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency selected at checkout, including monthly or annual renewals.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly if changes occur. If your payment method fails, your access may be paused, limited, or canceled until payment is successfully processed.

For recurring memberships:

  • Monthly plans renew automatically every month unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Annual plans renew automatically every year unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account, subscription portal, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Your purchases are subject solely to our Refund Policy. Because CORTEX NEXT provides digital products, educational content, consulting services, professional services, memberships, and access-based services, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, digital delivery has begun, a consultation has been scheduled, or professional services have been performed.

Please review our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

7. No Physical Shipping

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CORTEX NEXT provides digital products and services only. No physical goods are shipped as part of standard membership access.

8. Educational Use Only

CORTEX NEXT is intended as an educational and informational service. Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, enter, exit, or hold any financial instrument.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and use of any information, tools, charts, sessions, or materials provided through the Services.

9. No Brokerage, Custody, or Trade Execution

We do not:

  • act as a broker, dealer, or investment adviser
  • execute trades on your behalf
  • manage funds
  • custody assets
  • monitor your brokerage or exchange accounts
  • guarantee any financial outcome

Any use of the Services in connection with financial markets is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some features of CORTEX NEXT may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, or websites, including TradingView and Shopify. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, or practices of third-party tools or platforms. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Relationship with Shopify

CORTEX NEXT is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide ecommerce and related Services to you. However, any purchase you make through this store is made directly with CORTEX NEXT, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, membership, access, or use of CORTEX NEXT. 

12. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to branding, logos, text, graphics, videos, charts, layouts, downloads, recordings, educational materials, digital tools, and site design, are owned by CORTEX NEXT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, resell, share, record, upload, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

This includes, without limitation:

  • redistributing member content
  • sharing login access
  • reposting recordings
  • copying course materials
  • reselling access to community features
  • reproducing tool visuals or protected content for commercial use

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Community Rules and Conduct

If your membership includes access to community spaces, chats, live sessions, comments, or shared discussions, you agree to participate respectfully and lawfully.

You may not:

  • harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
  • post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or obscene material
  • spam, promote unrelated offers, or solicit users without permission
  • impersonate another person
  • share private member information without consent
  • post content that infringes the rights of others
  • disrupt sessions, chats, or community spaces

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

14. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, feedback, reviews, comments, ideas, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, unless prohibited by law.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products, memberships, and content made available through CORTEX NEXT are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORTEX NEXT and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, your inability to use the Services, your reliance on any content, or any purchase made through the Services.

This includes, without limitation:

  • lost profits
  • lost revenue
  • lost savings
  • data loss
  • interruption of access
  • account issues
  • market losses
  • decisions made using information or tools provided through the Services

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CORTEX NEXT, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, service providers, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your misuse of the Services
  • your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • your content, conduct, or activity within the Services

20. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in harmful conduct, or created legal, operational, or security risk. Any amounts owed prior to termination remain due.

21. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process certain personal information as part of providing the store infrastructure.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CORTEX NEXT is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and CORTEX NEXT regarding your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
