Welcome to Cortex Next. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cortex Next. Cortex Next operates this website, online store, membership access, community features, live sessions, educational content, physical educational materials, software-related access, signal channels on Telegram and WhatsApp, market study tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.” Our store may be powered by Shopify.

By visiting, using, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Risk Disclaimer, the Cortex Next Agreement where applicable, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

If you create an account, subscribe, or access member-only content, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts, memberships, software access, educational access, community access, and channel access (including Telegram links and WhatsApp group membership) may not be shared, sold, transferred, sublicensed, rented, assigned, or made available to another person without our prior written consent.

2. Nature of the Services

Cortex Next provides educational and informational services related to trading, market study, trading psychology, visual market analysis, live educational sessions, member resources, signal channels, and tool-based experiences that may be used inside compatible third-party platforms such as TradingView and MetaTrader 5, when applicable.

The Services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Cortex Next does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Nothing provided through our Services should be interpreted as a recommendation, instruction, signal, guarantee, or directive to buy, sell, enter, exit, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

We do not guarantee profits, trading results, income, performance, accuracy, market outcomes, or financial results of any kind. Any examples, charts, observations, screenshots, testimonials, live discussions, market comments, alerts, tools, channel posts, or educational materials are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Cortex Next is not a financial institution, bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, investment company, hedge fund, money manager, prop firm, capital management company, or any type of investment fund.

Cortex Next does not receive, hold, custody, manage, invest, trade, or solicit customer investment capital. We do not accept deposits, pool investor funds, manage client accounts, execute trades on behalf of customers, or make investment decisions for customers. Cortex Automation executes, on your own brokerage account and under the parameters you configure, a process that you control and can stop at any time.

Any payment made to Cortex Next is payment for educational access, membership access, software-related access, channel access, physical educational materials, or related Services. It is not an investment deposit, trading capital, managed capital, or participation in any investment vehicle.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, trades, investments, risk management, and use of any information, tool, material, session, channel post, or content provided through the Services.

Past performance, examples, case studies, testimonials, or historical market observations do not guarantee future results.

4. Products, Memberships, and Access

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • TradingView indicators (Cortex Signal, Cortex Flow)
  • Automated execution services on MetaTrader 5 (Cortex Automation)
  • Annual access packages (Cortex Signal Kit, Cortex Automation Full Pack)
  • Installment plans (Cortex Signal Plan)
  • Cortex Plan and Cortex Plan Plus (90 days, one-time payment)
  • Cortex Plan Monthly and Cortex Plan Monthly Plus (monthly subscriptions)
  • Monthly signal channel subscriptions on Telegram (Cortex Channels)
  • Automation Monthly Fee add-on (monthly subscription, Cortex Automation on up to two MetaTrader 5 accounts)
  • WhatsApp VIP group access
  • Trial access periods
  • Educational digital content
  • Physical educational materials and gifts
  • Community access and the Cortex Next OS platform
  • Live educational sessions on Zoom
  • Market study tools
  • Downloadable or streamed educational materials
  • Member support

All product and service descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any product, membership, feature, tool, session, channel, community space, educational material, or part of the Services at our sole discretion.

5. Orders, Acceptance, and Electronic Agreement

When you place an order, purchase a membership, start a subscription, or request access to our Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Services.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your access, subscription, shipment, or order details.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once digital access, membership access, software-related access, channel access, or educational access has been granted, cancellation of the original order may not be possible except as described in our Refund Policy.

By completing checkout, ticking an acceptance box in the cart or at checkout, signing the Cortex Next Agreement electronically, or using the Services, you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Risk Disclaimer electronically. You agree that such electronic acceptance is valid, binding, and enforceable to the same extent as a handwritten signature under applicable electronic-transaction law, including the U.S. E-SIGN Act and UETA. We keep a record of the date, time, and order associated with your acceptance.

6. Billing, Subscription Terms, Installments, and Renewals

If you purchase a recurring membership, subscription, installment plan, trial, or access plan, you authorize Cortex Next and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency selected at checkout, including monthly or annual renewals where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly if it changes.

If your payment method fails, your access may be paused, limited, suspended, or canceled until payment is successfully processed. For monthly subscriptions (Cortex Channels, Cortex Plan Monthly, Cortex Plan Monthly Plus and the Automation Monthly Fee), access ends 72 hours after a failed renewal charge unless the payment is completed.

For recurring memberships and plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions (Cortex Channels, Cortex Plan Monthly, Cortex Plan Monthly Plus and the Automation Monthly Fee) renew automatically each month. You can cancel future renewals from the link in your subscription emails before the next billing date, or by writing to support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; access runs until the end of the billing period already paid, and no refund is issued for the current month or any month already billed.
  • The Cortex Signal Plan consists of three monthly installments of $500 for the Cortex Signal Kit. Access is granted from the first installment and is extended as described in Section 8 once the plan is completed.
  • Annual plans renew only when a new payment is made; they do not renew automatically unless stated at checkout.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through the link in your subscription emails, or by contacting us at support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date; email cancellations take effect when support processes them.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed, unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are subject exclusively to our Refund Policy.

Because Cortex Next provides digital products and services that may include software-related access, membership access, live educational sessions, community access, signal channels, support services, and physical educational materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided once access has been granted, materials have been shipped, or delivery of the Services has begun, including for reasons of dissatisfaction, non-use, limited use, change of mind, market results, or failure to participate in the available training, support, or educational sessions.

Where applicable, cancellation will only prevent future recurring charges and will not result in a full or partial refund of amounts already paid.

Please review the Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

8. Access Terms, Durations, and Channels

Access is personal, non-transferable, and tied to the email address used at checkout and, for Telegram and WhatsApp channels, to the phone number used at checkout. Unless a product page states otherwise, the access terms are:

  • Cortex Signal Kit, Cortex Automation, and Cortex Automation Full Pack: 365 days counted from the date of payment, including the live Zoom sessions and the WhatsApp VIP group. Access ends at the end of the term unless renewed; renewing adds 365 more days from the renewal date.
  • Cortex Flow indicator: lifetime access on TradingView, whether purchased on its own or received as a gift with another product. It is the only perpetual access we sell.
  • Cortex Signal Plan: access from the first installment. If you stop after the first or second installment, access ends 90 days after the first installment. Once the third installment is paid, access runs 365 days from the first installment.
  • Cortex Plan and Cortex Plan Plus (90 days): one-time payment; 90 days from the date of payment, with no automatic renewal. Both include the Cortex Signal and Cortex Flow indicators on TradingView, the live Zoom sessions, the WhatsApp VIP group, the Cortex Next app (cortexnext.app, the Cortex Next OS platform) and the free Cortex Next cap. Cortex Plan Plus adds the four Telegram signal channels for those 90 days. Cortex Plan does not include the Telegram channels and neither 90-day plan includes Cortex Automation.
  • Cortex Plan Monthly and Cortex Plan Monthly Plus: monthly subscription; one month of access to the Cortex Signal and Cortex Flow indicators, the live Zoom sessions, the WhatsApp VIP group and the Cortex Next app for each successful monthly charge. Monthly Plus adds the four Telegram signal channels for each month paid. The monthly plans do not include the Cortex Next cap or Cortex Automation.
  • Automation Monthly Fee: monthly subscription that adds Cortex Automation on up to two MetaTrader 5 accounts in total to an active Cortex Plan Monthly or Cortex Plan Monthly Plus, or two additional accounts to an active annual Cortex Automation (including the Full Pack). It is not available with the 90-day Cortex Plan or Cortex Plan Plus; if it is bought without a qualifying active plan, the automation cannot start and the charge is not refunded: it is applied to the first month of automation once a qualifying plan is active. It follows the same monthly rules: one month per successful charge, the automation stops 72 hours after a failed charge unless the payment is completed, and no refund of months already billed. It is a separate subscription: if the base plan ends, is cancelled or lapses, the automation stops and we cancel the Automation Monthly Fee as well; months already billed before that date are not refunded. Subscriptions started before October 9, 2026 at $50 per month cover one account.
  • Cortex Channels Basic and Plus: one month of access per successful monthly charge (two channels for Basic, four channels for Plus). Channel subscriptions do not include the indicators, Cortex Automation, the live Zoom sessions, the WhatsApp VIP group, or the Cortex Next OS platform.
  • Trial access: the duration stated when the trial is granted. Trial access ends automatically and may be revoked earlier for any breach of these Terms.

Telegram access is delivered through a personal, single-use link that only works with the phone number used at purchase. WhatsApp VIP access is granted by adding that same phone number to the group. You may not forward, share, or publish channel links, screenshots, recordings, or the content of the channels, add other people, or use more than one account. Channel content is educational market analysis and never a promise of results.

When an access term ends, when a renewal is not paid (after the 72-hour period for monthly subscriptions), when a trial expires, or when a purchase is reversed, we remove you from the channels, revoke software access, and close platform access automatically, without further notice. Renewing or purchasing again restores access according to the new purchase.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@cortexnext.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

By completing a purchase you accept the following. If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended immediately: TradingView indicators, Cortex Automation, the Cortex Next OS platform, live Zoom sessions, and the WhatsApp and Telegram channels included in your purchase. They remain suspended until the dispute is resolved. A chargeback or dispute on a monthly charge also cancels the related subscription.

If the dispute is resolved in favor of Cortex Next, your access to the indicators, automation, and platform is restored for the remaining term of your purchase, but your removal from the Telegram and WhatsApp channels is permanent, as a penalty, whether those channels were paid separately or included in your plan. No refund, credit, or extension is granted for the time the access was suspended. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses are terminated permanently.

A chargeback or dispute filed against a purchase covered by these Terms is a material breach of these Terms and of the Cortex Next Agreement. You authorize us to submit to your bank, card network, or payment provider the record of your acceptance of these Terms at checkout, your signed Cortex Next Agreement where applicable, access and usage logs, delivery and shipping records, and our communications with you. Chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs may be recovered from you where permitted by law, and we may decline future orders from customers who have filed a chargeback.

10. Physical Educational Materials

Some Cortex Next products, memberships, or offers may include physical educational materials or gifts shipped to the customer’s physical address.

If your purchase includes physical materials, you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cortex Next is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery times may vary due to fulfillment timelines, carrier delays, customs, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Physical educational materials are provided as part of the educational experience and do not change the educational and informational nature of the Services.

11. Educational Use Only

Cortex Next is intended as an educational and informational service.

Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as a direct recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, enter, exit, hold, trade, invest in, or avoid any financial instrument, security, cryptocurrency, commodity, index, forex pair, derivative, or market.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, trading activity, investment activity, risk management, and use of any information, tool, chart, session, alert, indicator, channel post, comment, or material provided through the Services.

12. No Brokerage, Custody, Fund Management, or Trade Execution

Cortex Next does not:

  • Act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary
  • Execute trades on your behalf or manage your trading decisions (Cortex Automation runs under your own parameters, on your own account, and can be stopped by you at any time)
  • Manage customer funds or investment capital
  • Hold, custody, receive, or pool customer investment funds
  • Supervise your broker, exchange, or trading accounts
  • Guarantee trading outcomes, financial returns, profits, or market results
  • Provide personalized investment advice
  • Make trading or investment decisions for you

Any use of the Services in connection with financial markets is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some features of Cortex Next may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, websites, or services, including but not limited to TradingView, MetaTrader 5, Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Shopify, payment processors, email platforms, video conferencing tools, community platforms, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and platform requirements.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, security, policies, performance, interruptions, changes, or practices of third-party platforms or tools.

Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.

14. Relationship with Shopify

Cortex Next may use Shopify to provide ecommerce functionality, checkout, payment processing, hosting, fraud prevention, order management, and related store infrastructure.

However, any purchase made through this store is made directly with Cortex Next, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, membership, access, physical materials, educational content, tools, support, or use of Cortex Next Services.

15. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, videos, charts, market visuals, designs, downloads, recordings, educational materials, indicators, tools, software-related access, channel posts, website design, member resources, and live session content, belong to Cortex Next or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, republish, resell, share, record, upload, sublicense, copy, scrape, transmit, display publicly, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Redistributing member-only content or channel posts
  • Sharing account access, Telegram links, or WhatsApp group membership
  • Reposting recordings
  • Copying educational materials
  • Reselling access to community features or channels
  • Reproducing protected visuals or content for commercial use
  • Sharing paid tools, indicators, alerts, signals, or access with unauthorized users
  • Downloading, copying, or distributing content beyond what is expressly permitted

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

16. Community and Channel Rules and Conduct

If your membership includes access to community spaces, chats, comments, live sessions, group calls, Telegram or WhatsApp channels, or shared discussions, you agree to participate respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
  • Post illegal, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, hateful, or harmful material
  • Spam, promote unrelated offers, or solicit other users without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share private information of members without consent
  • Post content that infringes the rights of others
  • Disrupt sessions, chats, calls, channels, or community spaces
  • Share login credentials, channel links, or unauthorized access
  • Make false claims about Cortex Next, its Services, or other members

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, remove members from channels, or cancel accounts that violate these rules.

17. Comments, Reviews, and Suggestions

If you submit suggestions, comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, ideas, messages, screenshots, or other materials to us, you grant Cortex Next a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Services, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services:

  • For illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities
  • To violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • To infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
  • To upload malicious code, malware, spyware, or harmful software
  • To scrape, crawl, copy, extract, or collect content without authorization
  • To share, sell, rent, or resell account, indicator, or channel access
  • To bypass security features, phone-number verification, or technical protections
  • To use bots, scripts, agents, or automations that disrupt the Services or avoid restrictions
  • To misrepresent the Services as financial advice, managed investing, or guaranteed trading results
  • To use our content, tools, or materials for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

19. Availability and Changes to the Services

We may update, change, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content, membership structure, pricing, features, tools, schedules, live sessions, channels, access methods, community spaces, educational materials, and availability.

We are not liable if any part of the Services becomes unavailable, delayed, interrupted, modified, limited, or discontinued.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products, memberships, content, tools, materials, sessions, channels, and access provided through Cortex Next are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, profitable, or suitable for your specific goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex Next and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your inability to use the Services
  • Your reliance on any content, tool, session, alert, signal, chart, example, or material
  • Any purchase made through the Services
  • Any market loss, trading loss, investment loss, or financial decision
  • Interrupted access or technical issues
  • Account problems or unauthorized access
  • Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, opportunity, or goodwill

This includes, but is not limited to, market losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, access interruptions, account issues, or decisions made using information or tools provided through the Services.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cortex Next, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your content, conduct, or activity within the Services
  • Your trading, investment, financial, or market-related decisions
  • Your unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our content, tools, channels, or access
  • Any chargeback or payment dispute filed in breach of these Terms

23. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in harmful conduct, created legal or operational risk, failed to make required payments, filed a chargeback or payment dispute, shared unauthorized access or channel links, or violated community or channel rules.

Any amounts owed before termination will remain due and payable.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to Cortex Next.

24. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other third-party providers may also process certain personal information as part of the store, checkout, payment, analytics, communication, fulfillment, channel delivery, or access infrastructure. To deliver channel access we match the phone number you provide at checkout with your Telegram and WhatsApp accounts.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the Cortex Next Agreement you signed provides for arbitration.

Where required by applicable law, certain consumer protection laws in your place of residence may also apply.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclaimer, the Cortex Next Agreement where applicable, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cortex Next regarding your use of the Services.

They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.

28. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.

When we update these Terms, we revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
