Welcome to Cortex Next. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cortex Next. Cortex Next operates this website, online store, membership access, community features, live sessions, educational content, physical educational materials, software-related access, market study tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.” Our store may be powered by Shopify.

By visiting, using, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Access

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

If you create an account, subscribe, or access member-only content, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts, memberships, software access, educational access, and community access may not be shared, sold, transferred, sublicensed, rented, assigned, or made available to another person without our prior written consent.

2. Nature of the Services

Cortex Next provides educational and informational services related to trading, market study, trading psychology, visual market analysis, live educational sessions, member resources, and tool-based experiences that may be used inside compatible third-party platforms such as TradingView, when applicable.

The Services are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Cortex Next does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Nothing provided through our Services should be interpreted as a recommendation, instruction, signal, guarantee, or directive to buy, sell, enter, exit, hold, or trade any financial instrument.

We do not guarantee profits, trading results, income, performance, accuracy, market outcomes, or financial results of any kind. Any examples, charts, observations, screenshots, testimonials, live discussions, market comments, alerts, tools, or educational materials are provided for educational and illustrative purposes only.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Cortex Next is not a financial institution, bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, investment company, hedge fund, money manager, prop firm, capital management company, or any type of investment fund.

Cortex Next does not receive, hold, custody, manage, invest, trade, or solicit customer investment capital. We do not accept deposits, pool investor funds, manage client accounts, execute trades on behalf of customers, or make investment decisions for customers.

Any payment made to Cortex Next is payment for educational access, membership access, software-related access, physical educational materials, or related Services. It is not an investment deposit, trading capital, managed capital, or participation in any investment vehicle.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, trades, investments, risk management, and use of any information, tool, material, session, or content provided through the Services.

Past performance, examples, case studies, testimonials, or historical market observations do not guarantee future results.

4. Products, Memberships, and Access

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

All product and service descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any product, membership, feature, tool, session, community space, educational material, or part of the Services at our sole discretion.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, purchase a membership, start a subscription, or request access to our Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Services.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm your access, subscription, shipment, or order details.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once digital access, membership access, software-related access, or educational access has been granted, cancellation of the original order may not be possible except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Billing, Subscription Terms, and Renewals

If you purchase a recurring membership, subscription, trial, or access plan, you authorize Cortex Next and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency selected at checkout, including monthly or annual renewals where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to update it promptly if it changes.

If your payment method fails, your access may be paused, limited, suspended, or canceled until payment is successfully processed.

For recurring memberships:

  • Monthly plans automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing date.
  • Annual plans automatically renew each year unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at support@cortexnext.com.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed, unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Your purchases are subject exclusively to our Refund Policy.

Because Cortex Next may include digital access, membership access, software-related access, live educational sessions, community access, and physical educational materials, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, materials have been shipped, or the delivery of Services has begun.

Please review our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

8. Physical Educational Materials

Some Cortex Next products, memberships, or offers may include physical educational materials shipped to the customer’s physical address.

If your purchase includes physical materials, you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cortex Next is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Delivery times may vary due to fulfillment timelines, carrier delays, customs, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Physical educational materials are provided as part of the educational experience and do not change the educational and informational nature of the Services.

9. Educational Use Only

Cortex Next is intended as an educational and informational service.

Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as a direct recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, enter, exit, hold, trade, invest in, or avoid any financial instrument, security, cryptocurrency, commodity, index, forex pair, derivative, or market.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, trading activity, investment activity, risk management, and use of any information, tool, chart, session, alert, indicator, comment, or material provided through the Services.

10. No Brokerage, Custody, Fund Management, or Trade Execution

Cortex Next does not:

  • Act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, or fiduciary
  • Execute trades on your behalf
  • Manage customer funds or investment capital
  • Hold, custody, receive, or pool customer investment funds
  • Supervise your broker, exchange, or trading accounts
  • Guarantee trading outcomes, financial returns, profits, or market results
  • Provide personalized investment advice
  • Make trading or investment decisions for you

Any use of the Services in connection with financial markets is done solely at your own discretion and risk.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some features of Cortex Next may depend on or integrate with third-party platforms, tools, websites, or services, including but not limited to TradingView, Shopify, payment processors, email platforms, video conferencing tools, community platforms, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and platform requirements.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, accuracy, security, policies, performance, interruptions, changes, or practices of third-party platforms or tools.

Any use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Relationship with Shopify

Cortex Next may use Shopify to provide ecommerce functionality, checkout, payment processing, hosting, fraud prevention, order management, and related store infrastructure.

However, any purchase made through this store is made directly with Cortex Next, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, membership, access, physical materials, educational content, tools, support, or use of Cortex Next Services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, videos, charts, market visuals, designs, downloads, recordings, educational materials, indicators, tools, software-related access, website design, member resources, and live session content, belong to Cortex Next or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, republish, resell, share, record, upload, sublicense, copy, scrape, transmit, display publicly, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Redistributing member-only content
  • Sharing account access
  • Reposting recordings
  • Copying educational materials
  • Reselling access to community features
  • Reproducing protected visuals or content for commercial use
  • Sharing paid tools, indicators, alerts, or access with unauthorized users
  • Downloading, copying, or distributing content beyond what is expressly permitted

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. Community Rules and Conduct

If your membership includes access to community spaces, chats, comments, live sessions, group calls, or shared discussions, you agree to participate respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others
  • Post illegal, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, hateful, or harmful material
  • Spam, promote unrelated offers, or solicit other users without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share private information of members without consent
  • Post content that infringes the rights of others
  • Disrupt sessions, chats, calls, or community spaces
  • Share login credentials or unauthorized access
  • Make false claims about Cortex Next, its Services, or other members

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or cancel accounts that violate these rules.

15. Comments, Reviews, and Suggestions

If you submit suggestions, comments, reviews, testimonials, feedback, ideas, messages, screenshots, or other materials to us, you grant Cortex Next a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Services, unless prohibited by law.

You represent that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services:

We may update, change, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content, membership structure, pricing, features, tools, schedules, live sessions, access methods, community spaces, educational materials, and availability.

We are not liable if any part of the Services becomes unavailable, delayed, interrupted, modified, limited, or discontinued.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products, memberships, content, tools, materials, sessions, and access provided through Cortex Next are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, profitable, or suitable for your specific goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortex Next and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your inability to use the Services
  • Your reliance on any content, tool, session, alert, chart, example, or material
  • Any purchase made through the Services
  • Any market loss, trading loss, investment loss, or financial decision
  • Interrupted access or technical issues
  • Account problems or unauthorized access
  • Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, opportunity, or goodwill

This includes, but is not limited to, market losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, access interruptions, account issues, or decisions made using information or tools provided through the Services.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, some of these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cortex Next, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Your content, conduct, or activity within the Services
  • Your trading, investment, financial, or market-related decisions
  • Your unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our content, tools, or access

21. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in harmful conduct, created legal or operational risk, failed to make required payments, shared unauthorized access, or violated community rules.

Any amounts owed before termination will remain due and payable.

Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to Cortex Next.

22. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other third-party providers may also process certain personal information as part of the store, checkout, payment, analytics, communication, fulfillment, or access infrastructure.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Cortex Next maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Where required by applicable law, certain consumer protection laws in your place of residence may also apply.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cortex Next regarding your use of the Services.

They supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Services.

26. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.

When we update these Terms, we may revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
