I have read, understood, and I electronically sign the Cortex Next Agreement, including the Risk Acknowledgment, Disclaimer of Liability, No-Refund terms, and the chargeback, access-suspension, and permanent channel-removal terms (Sections 5 and 9 of the Agreement): if a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, all of my accesses are suspended until it is resolved, and even if it is resolved in the Company's favor I am permanently removed from the Telegram and WhatsApp channels, whether paid separately or included in my plan. I agree this electronic signature is legally binding.

By signing you accept the terms in full, including that a chargeback or payment dispute suspends all of your accesses and permanently removes you from the Telegram and WhatsApp channels. Access and Welcome Kit are released after your signature is received.
