Requires an active Cortex Plan Monthly, Cortex Plan Monthly Plus or annual Cortex Automation. If you buy it without a qualifying plan, the automation cannot start: the charge is not refunded, it is applied to your first month of automation once a qualifying plan is active. No refunds for any reason once charged, including months already billed. If a payment fails, the automation stops 72 hours after the failed charge unless you complete the payment. This fee is a separate subscription: if your base plan ends, the automation stops and we cancel this fee as well. Subscriptions started before October 9, 2026 at $50 cover 1 account.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended until it is resolved, and the subscription is cancelled. If it is resolved in our favor, your indicators, automation and app are restored for the remaining paid period, but you stay out of the Telegram and WhatsApp channels permanently. If it is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses end permanently. No credit or extension is given for the suspended time.
