Refund Policy

Because Cortex Next provides digital products and services that may include software-related access, membership access, live educational sessions, community access, support services, educational content, signal channels on Telegram and WhatsApp, and physical educational materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been delivered, materials have been shipped, or the delivery of Services has begun.

We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products, consulting services, memberships, subscriptions, educational content, community access, live sessions, coaching or consultation sessions, downloadable materials, streamed content, signal channels, or any other intangible goods or services delivered electronically, including for reasons of dissatisfaction, non-use, limited use, change of mind, market results, or failure to participate in the available training, support, or educational sessions.

If you experience a billing issue, duplicate charge, or technical problem preventing access to the service, please contact us at support@cortexnext.com and we will review your case. Most billing questions are resolved the same business day.

What you are buying and for how long

Access is delivered immediately after payment and is tied to the email address (and, for channels, the phone number) used at checkout. Unless a product page states otherwise:

  • Cortex Signal Kit, Cortex Automation and Cortex Automation Full Pack: 365 days of access counted from the date of payment, including the live Zoom sessions and the WhatsApp VIP group. Renewable — renewing adds 365 more days to your access from the renewal date.
  • Cortex Flow indicator: lifetime access, whether purchased on its own or received as a gift. It is the only perpetual access we sell.
  • Cortex Signal Plan (3 monthly installments of $500): access from the first installment. If you stop after the first or second installment, access ends 90 days after the first installment. Once the third installment is paid, access runs 365 days from the first installment.
  • Cortex Plan and Cortex Plan Plus (90 days): one-time payment, no automatic renewal. 90 days of access, counted from the date of payment, to the Cortex Signal and Cortex Flow indicators, the live Zoom sessions, the Cortex VIP WhatsApp group and the Cortex Next app (cortexnext.app, the Cortex Next OS platform). Cortex Plan Plus adds the four Telegram signal channels for those 90 days. Cortex Plan does not include the Telegram channels and neither 90-day plan includes Cortex Automation. The free Cortex Next cap ships only with these two 90-day plans. Access ends after 90 days unless you buy again.
  • Cortex Plan Monthly and Cortex Plan Monthly Plus: monthly subscription billed every month until you cancel. Each successful charge gives you one month of access to the Cortex Signal and Cortex Flow indicators, the live Zoom sessions, the Cortex VIP WhatsApp group and the Cortex Next app; Monthly Plus adds the four Telegram signal channels. If a renewal charge fails, access ends 72 hours after the failed charge unless the payment is completed. You may cancel future renewals at any time from the link in your subscription emails or by writing to support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date; access runs until the end of the billing period already paid, and cancellation does not refund the current month or any month already billed. The monthly plans do not include the Cortex Next cap or Cortex Automation.
  • Automation Monthly Fee: monthly subscription that adds Cortex Automation on up to two MetaTrader 5 accounts in total to an active Cortex Plan Monthly or Cortex Plan Monthly Plus, or two additional accounts to an active annual Cortex Automation (including the Full Pack). It is not available with the 90-day Cortex Plan or Cortex Plan Plus; if it is bought without a qualifying active plan, the automation cannot start and the charge is not refunded: it is applied to the first month of automation once a qualifying plan is active. It follows the same monthly rules: one month per successful charge, the automation stops 72 hours after a failed charge unless the payment is completed, and no refund of months already billed. It is a separate subscription: if the base plan ends, is cancelled or lapses, the automation stops and we cancel the Automation Monthly Fee as well; months already billed before that date are not refunded. Subscriptions started before October 9, 2026 at $50 per month cover one account.
  • Cortex Channels Basic and Plus (Telegram): monthly subscription. Each successful charge extends access by one month. If a renewal charge fails, access to the channels ends 72 hours after the failed charge unless the payment is completed. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation does not refund the current month.

Subscription Cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time: from the link in your subscription emails before the next billing date, or by writing to support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date (email cancellations take effect when support processes them). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access runs until the end of the billing period already paid, and charges already processed are not refunded.

Consultation & Professional Services

Consultation, advisory, coaching, strategy, and other professional service appointments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund, except where required by applicable law.

Access Issues

If you do not receive access or experience a verified technical issue on our side, please contact us at support@cortexnext.com so we can help resolve the issue. A technical issue on our side is resolved by restoring or extending access, not by a refund.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products, indicators and automation access
  • Cortex Plan and Cortex Plan Plus (90-day) purchases, and every monthly charge of Cortex Plan Monthly, Cortex Plan Monthly Plus and the Automation Monthly Fee
  • Community memberships and VIP group access
  • Signal channels on Telegram and WhatsApp, including subscription fees already billed
  • Educational materials and courses
  • Consulting, advisory, coaching, and consultation services
  • Live session access
  • Downloadable or streamed content
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional purchases
  • Physical educational materials and gifts (Welcome Kit, caps) once shipped
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@cortexnext.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

By completing a purchase you accept the following. If you open a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended immediately: TradingView indicators, Cortex Automation, the Cortex Next OS platform, live Zoom sessions, and the WhatsApp and Telegram channels included in your purchase. They remain suspended until the dispute is resolved. A chargeback or dispute on a monthly charge also cancels the related subscription.

If the dispute is resolved in favor of Cortex Next, your access to the indicators, automation, and platform is restored for the remaining term of your purchase, but your removal from the Telegram and WhatsApp channels is permanent, as a penalty, whether those channels were paid separately or included in your plan. No refund, credit, or extension is granted for the time the access was suspended. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses are terminated permanently.

A chargeback or dispute filed against a purchase covered by this policy is a material breach of our Terms of Service and of the Cortex Next Agreement. You authorize us to submit to your bank, card network, or payment provider the record of your acceptance of these policies at checkout, your signed Cortex Next Agreement where applicable, access and usage logs, delivery and shipping records, and our communications with you. Chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs may be recovered from you where permitted by law, and we may decline future orders from customers who have filed a chargeback.

European Union Consumers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights regarding digital services. However, by purchasing and accessing Cortex Next immediately after checkout, scheduling a consultation, or receiving digital content or services, you acknowledge and agree that performance begins immediately and that, where permitted by law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once digital access, content delivery, or service performance has started.
