You receive 10% – 20% commission for every eligible purchase that can be correctly attributed to your recommendation. The rate and conditions are confirmed when we approve your application and may vary by product or current promotion.
Only the eligible products apply (Cortex Signal Kit, Cortex Automation, Cortex Automation Full Pack and Cortex Flow), with the sale paid and confirmed.
Through the attribution method we give you when we approve your application (for example, a registration link or code). Attribution is only valid if that method is used.
A commission is validated when the purchase is paid and confirmed and the applicable validation period has passed (30 days after the purchase, provided the order was not cancelled, refunded or disputed.).
After validation, we coordinate the payment (estimated time: Monthly — validated commissions are paid once a month.) through the method defined by Cortex (Zelle or PayPal.).

No. Profit promises, guaranteed results or misleading claims are not allowed. Cortex provides tools and educational content, and trading involves risk.
The commission is attributed to the referral correctly registered through the official method. In case of a conflict, the decision of Cortex is final.
Yes. Cortex may update the conditions, suspend participants or end the program. Changes are communicated through the program channels.

Joining requires approval; only eligible products with paid, confirmed sales generate a commission; attribution is done through the official Cortex system; no commissions are paid on cancelled, refunded, duplicated or fraudulent sales; results promises and impersonating Cortex are not allowed; and Cortex may modify or end the program.
Program terms

1. Eligibility and approval
Participation is open to current or former Cortex Next customers and requires prior approval by Cortex. Cortex may accept or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Products that generate a commission
Only the eligible products defined by Cortex (Cortex Signal Kit, Cortex Automation, Cortex Automation Full Pack and Cortex Flow) generate a commission. The list may change by product or current promotion.
3. Attribution rules
A referral is only attributed if the recommended person uses the official attribution method provided after approval (for example, link or code). Recommendations without valid attribution do not generate a commission.
4. Attribution duration
Attribution has a validity defined by Cortex (30 days from the first registration via the corresponding link or code.) from the referral registration. Outside that period, the purchase may not be attributable.
5. Sale validation
A sale is validated when it is paid and confirmed and has passed the applicable validation period (30 days after the purchase, provided the order was not cancelled, refunded or disputed.).
6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancelled, refunded or disputed sales do not generate a commission. If the commission was already paid, it is reversed or deducted from future payments.
7. Fraudulent or duplicate activity
Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, duplicate attribution or artificial registration voids the commission and may result in removal from the program.
8. Self-referrals and own purchases
No commissions are paid on your own purchases, related accounts or self-referrals.
9. Authorized use of the Cortex Next brand
You may recommend Cortex honestly, but you may not use the brand, logo or materials in a way that suggests an official association beyond that of a program participant.
10. No results promises
You may not promise profitability, guaranteed results or make misleading claims about trading or Cortex tools.
11. No impersonation of Cortex
You may not present yourself as an employee, official representative or spokesperson of Cortex, nor communicate on its behalf.
12. Paid ads and brand keyword restrictions
Paid advertising and the use of brand keywords (including the "Cortex" name) are restricted and require prior written authorization.
13. Taxes and participant responsibilities
You are responsible for the taxes and legal obligations applicable to the commissions you receive in your country of residence.
14. Minimum payouts, schedule and methods
Payments are made after validation, according to the schedule (Monthly — validated commissions are paid once a month.), the minimum payout ([to be confirmed]) and the methods (Zelle or PayPal.) defined by Cortex.
15. Suspension and program modification
Cortex may suspend a participant, modify the conditions or end the program at any time, communicating this through the program channels.
16. Privacy and data handling
The data you submit is used to evaluate and manage your participation, in line with our Privacy Policy. Full bank details are requested only after approval, through a secure channel.
17. Governing law
