The system copies the Cortex signals to your MetaTrader 5 accounts 24/7 from our servers, up to 2 accounts in total. Requires an active Cortex Plan Monthly or Monthly Plus (holders of the annual Cortex Automation can add it for 2 extra accounts). Not available with the 90-day plans. Billed every month until you cancel; months already billed are not refunded; if a payment fails the automation stops 72 hours later. Details: Automation Monthly Fee.

Planning to stay a full year? The annual plans on Pricing cost less per month than any Cortex Plan.
Before you buy. All Cortex Plan purchases, monthly charges and Automation Monthly Fee charges are final and non-refundable for any reason once access is delivered. The 90-day plans do not renew; the monthly plans renew every month until you cancel, and cancelling does not refund the current month or any month already billed. Access is personal, non-transferable and tied to the email (and, for WhatsApp and Telegram, the phone number) you enter at checkout.
If you open a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended until it is resolved and, on a monthly plan, the subscription is cancelled. If it is resolved in our favor, your indicators, automation and app are restored for the remaining paid term, but you stay out of the Telegram and WhatsApp channels permanently. If it is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses end permanently. No credit or extension is given for the suspended time. A chargeback is a material breach of our Terms of Service and the Cortex Next Agreement.
Access is delivered by email to the address you pay with. If you have any access or billing problem, write to support@cortexnext.com before contacting your bank: we fix access, we do not refund. By purchasing you accept our Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.

You get your access by email
After purchase you receive an email at the address you paid with: your Cortex Next app access, the next steps for the VIP WhatsApp group and, on Plus plans, your personal Telegram link.
Activate and trade
Send us your TradingView username so we grant Signal and Flow, log in to cortexnext.app and join the sessions and channels in your plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription?
Depends on the plan. Cortex Plan and Cortex Plan Plus are one-time payments for 90 days of access and do not renew. Cortex Plan Monthly and Monthly Plus are subscriptions billed every month until you cancel.
What happens after 90 days?
Access to the indicators, the app, Zoom, WhatsApp and (on Plus) the Telegram channels ends on day 90. We do not charge you again. To continue, buy the plan again when it ends; the new 90 days start from that payment.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime, from the link in your subscription emails (it applies to the next charge) or by writing to support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; your access runs until the end of the billing period you already paid (one month from your last successful charge). The current month and any month already billed are not refunded.
What happens if a monthly payment fails?
Your access ends 72 hours after the failed charge unless the payment is completed. To complete it, update your payment method from the link in the failed-payment email and write to support@cortexnext.com so we retry the charge. If the payment is completed, your access continues; if it had already ended, we restore it for the billing period of that charge, one month from the successful charge (on Monthly Plus with a new Telegram link). If Shopify cancels the subscription after its retries, you will need to subscribe again.
Do the monthly plans include the free cap?
No. The Cortex Next cap (hat) ships only with the 90-day plans, to the address you enter at checkout. It is a gift: a delayed or lost cap does not change your access or entitle you to a refund.
Can I add Cortex Automation?
On the monthly plans, yes: the Automation Monthly Fee adds the automator for $100 per month on up to 2 MetaTrader 5 accounts; it requires an active monthly plan or the annual Cortex Automation (for annual holders it adds 2 extra accounts). On the 90-day plans the automator is not available; for automation without a monthly plan see the annual Cortex Automation.
How do I get access?
With the same email you use to pay. After purchase we email you your Cortex Next app access and next steps; you send us your TradingView username for the indicators, and we add the phone number from your checkout to the WhatsApp group (and send your Telegram link on Plus plans).
Are there refunds?
No. This is digital access delivered by email, so no refunds are offered for any reason once access is delivered, including months already billed. If you have an access or billing problem, write to support@cortexnext.com before contacting your bank: we fix access, we do not refund. Opening a chargeback suspends all of your accesses until it is resolved, cancels a monthly subscription, and removes you permanently from the Telegram and WhatsApp channels.
