• 90 days of access from the date of payment, tied to the email you pay with. You pay once; the plan does not renew and access ends automatically on day 90 unless you buy again
• You need a TradingView account for the indicators and the phone number you use on WhatsApp: enter that phone number at checkout, it is the one we add to the group. Access is personal and non-transferable

No refunds for any reason once access has been delivered. If you open a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended until it is resolved. If it is resolved in our favor, your indicators, automation and app are restored for the remaining paid term, but you stay out of the Telegram and WhatsApp channels permanently. If it is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses end permanently. No credit or extension is given for the suspended time. A chargeback is a material breach of our Terms of Service and the Cortex Next Agreement.

Access is delivered by email to the address you pay with. If you have any access or billing problem, write to support@cortexnext.com before contacting your bank: we fix access, we do not refund. By purchasing you accept our Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.

Sin reembolsos por ningún motivo una vez entregado el acceso. Si abres un contracargo (chargeback), una disputa de pago o una reversión del pago, todos tus accesos a Cortex Next se suspenden hasta que se resuelva. Si se resuelve a nuestro favor, se restablecen tus indicadores, automatización y app por el tiempo pagado restante, pero quedas fuera de los canales de Telegram y WhatsApp de forma permanente. Si se resuelve a tu favor, todos tus accesos terminan de forma permanente. No hay crédito ni extensión por el tiempo suspendido. Un contracargo es un incumplimiento grave de nuestros Términos de Servicio y del Cortex Next Agreement.

El acceso se entrega por correo a la dirección con la que pagas. Si tienes cualquier problema de acceso o de cobro, escribe a support@cortexnext.com antes de contactar a tu banco: arreglamos el acceso, no reembolsamos.
