Automation Monthly Fee: add-on, billed every month until you cancel. Cortex Automation on up to 2 MetaTrader 5 accounts in total. Requires an active Cortex Plan Monthly, Cortex Plan Monthly Plus or annual Cortex Automation.

Access is delivered by email to the address you pay with
- Adds the automator to your Cortex Plan Monthly or Cortex Plan Monthly Plus. If you have the annual Cortex Automation (including the Full Pack), it adds 2 more accounts
- Not available with the 90-day Cortex Plan or Cortex Plan Plus. If you buy it without a qualifying active plan, the automation cannot start: the charge is not refunded, it is applied to your first month of automation once a qualifying plan is active. Check with support@cortexnext.com first
- Up to 2 automated MetaTrader 5 accounts in total (demo or real). Need more accounts? Write to support@cortexnext.com
- The system copies the Cortex signals to your accounts 24/7 from our servers: no VPS, nothing to install. The automator runs on the Cortex Signal indicator, which the qualifying plans include
- After purchase we ask for your MetaTrader 5 account details and configure risk, assets and schedule with you; you can change them later
- Charged automatically every month to the card you pay with, on the same date. Cancel anytime from the link in your subscription emails (it applies to the next charge) or by writing to support@cortexnext.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Months already billed are not refunded
- If a monthly payment fails, the automation stops 72 hours after the failed charge unless the payment is completed
- This fee is a separate subscription. If your base plan ends, is cancelled or lapses, the automation stops and we cancel the Automation Monthly Fee as well; months already billed before that date are not refunded
- Subscriptions started before October 9, 2026 at $50 per month cover 1 MetaTrader 5 account; write to support@cortexnext.com to move to the 2-account fee
No refunds for any reason once charged, including months already billed. If you open a chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal, all of your Cortex Next accesses are suspended until it is resolved, and the subscription is cancelled. If it is resolved in our favor, your indicators, automation and app are restored for the remaining paid period, but you stay out of the Telegram and WhatsApp channels permanently. If it is resolved in your favor, all of your accesses end permanently. No credit or extension is given for the suspended time. A chargeback is a material breach of our Terms of Service and the Cortex Next Agreement.
